I'm Melodie. I own Firefly Designs and I'm responsible for privacy here.

Quote form

I collect your name, email, what you need, your message, and any business name, phone number or current website you add. I use it to answer you and put together a quote. Hostinger stores the form and a copy comes to my email. Discord gets your first name only. Cloudflare gets your IP address and browser info to check for spam.

Website check

I save the website address you check, its page title, score and the problems found. I may contact that business about its website. To stop overuse, I turn your IP address into a one-way code. That file resets every day.

Where it goes

Hostinger, my email provider, Discord, Cloudflare and Google may process this information outside Canada, where other laws apply. Google also gets your IP address and browser info when its fonts load.

I keep personal information only as long as I need it or the law requires, then delete it.
